The Simple Things in Life

I've been working on converting my photos to black and white and adding some grain to give it that vintage film effect. This particular photo isn't technically the best photo.  The composition is off, and half his face is shaded while the other half is exposed to direct sunlight; but because of the flaws, it made the photo more interesting.  It doesn't always happen that way, but in this case it did.  If you are interested in the actions that I used to get this effect, email me.  I'll send the "recipe" your way!

I'm having such a good Monday. I just got back from the park with my little boy. Seeing the simple things that make him happy, warms my heart and brings me so much joy. Happy Monday everyone!
