Meet Gracelyn

When I decided I wanted to add a stylist to my team of professionals, my long time childhood friend, Gracelyn, was the first to come to mind. Our parents were close and it was natural that, being the same age, we bonded immediately! I can still taste all the laughter, secrets and tears we shared…and the games we played! To this day, when I think back—I still find myself laughing at all our childhood foibles and smiling at all our feverish hopes and dreams. We were such silly girls! We were so close—that the phrase “best friend” doesn’t even begin to describe the relationship we had. With any close relationship, and like sisters, come the quarrels…but regardless, we somehow always managed to find our way back to one another throughout the years. Even if our relationship has meandered and taken unexpected turns, I know, it simply could never end.

As previously mentioned here, I wanted to treat my senior girls to a unique boutique spa experience that entails the works--complete with make-up artist, hair stylist, and personal stylist! Of all the people that I have ever known, Gracelyn, is the one friend that screams FASHION to me. She is the only friend I have that grew up wanting to be a fashion designer and went so far as to spend some time living in Paris, that mecca of the fashion industry! To this day, she continues to have a love affair with couture and indulges in the latest that fashion has to offer.

I'm so excited to have her as part of my team! Without further ado, meet the gorgeous and impeccably dressed stylist to Skai Photography, and my friend, Gracelyn! Here's a brief description of who she is through her eyes and in her own words.

"Fun, crazy, happy, smart (I get this one all the time), oh and funny too! That's pretty much me, throw in a wife, mother, daughter and sister. With all these jobs my style has to be able to fit my life. That's why I love fashion. It allows you to become anyone you want to be. Everyone has their own personal and distinct style, my job is to bring out the best one, of course making you look and feel like a superstar! Whether it's one special piece to a whole ensemble, I'm dedicated to finding the perfect look for you.
